KUCHING, March 27, 2017 - Dayak National Congress, a
non-governmental organisation, has asked the state government to review,
evaluate and to place under public scrutiny of native customary rights land
managed by the land custody and development authority (LCDA) in joint ventures
with the private sector.
A venue to express opinions and views on social issues, native customary rights land, cultures and traditions of the Dayak community as well as to voice out the problems and grievances of the indigenous and rural communities.

gathered to celebrate their victory and solidarity in defending their river and

SESCO vehicles vandalised used in inspecting pubs and massage parlours suspected of meter tampering
MIRI (March 12, 2017)- Sarawak Energy Berhad’s retail and operations
arm, Syarikat SESCO Berhad (SESCO), is working closely with the police to
investigate the vandalism of four of its vehicles used in a meter inspection
operation.
One of the vehicles was splashed with paint, the act was recorded in CCTV camera

Declare your stand on hudud law, Peter Jaban urges Pesaka wing of PBB

KUCHING (March 7, 2017)- Sarawak for Sarawakians (S4S)
and Borneo Dayak Rights Action Force (BORDRAF) spokesperson Peter John Jaban
calls on Pesaka wing of Parti Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) to openly declare its
stand on the proposed amendments to Shariah Court (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act
1965 or Act 355 after most of Sarawakian parties have come out firmly against
it.
