JULAU, July 8, 2024 - Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) president Datuk Larry Sng has said that the party is always open to anyone in Julau who wants to become its members.
He said they can apply through PBM Julau branch.
He said this is so that the party will always be strong from the grassroots up to the highest level.
“Therefore, PBM as part of the federal government can allocate or channel friendly and minor rural projects to the people,” he said at the closing of Gawai Dayak celebration at Rumah Rinya Usi longhouse in Jagoi Pakan yesterday.
He said he explained the formation of PBM that is part of the Madani government under Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
He said PBM will always support Anwar as well as the state assemblyman for Pakan Tan Sri William Mawan and state assemblyman for Meluan Rolland Duat Jubin.
He said Julau parliamentary constituency, covering Pakan ans Meluan, has received RM120,000 from the All Party Parliament Group - Sustainable Goal (APPGM-SDG) for three projects.
“The projects are for the Pakan Bazaar Youth Club, vegetable growing using hydroponic system at Ruyak and cost of planting and maintenance of oil palm trees for smallholders in Julau,” Sng, who is also Julau MP, said.
