Co-chairman of the organising committee Bill Jugah said the speakers are Batu Lintang state assemblyman See Chee How, State Reform Party (STAR) president Lina Soo and former SUPP treasurer and former assistant minister Datuk David Teng Lung Chi.

Chee How will speak on Territorial Sea Act and the resources within the Sarawak's territorial waters while Lina, who has written two books on Sarawak rights, will speak on the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

She will touch on the Inter-Governmental Committee Report, Cobbold Commision and other issues relating to Sarawak rights which have been eroded since 1963 by the federal government.

Teng, who is also a former senior magistrate, will enlighten the forum with his speech on Referendum Ordinance.

The forum, which will start at 10am, is organised by Sarawak For Sarawakians (S4S), Sarawak Dayak Iban Association and Kuching Traditional Handicraft Studies Society.

Bill told reporters today that the forum is held to  commemorate the 100 days of passing of former chief minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem on January 11, 2017.

"We want to remember him as he was the one who had inspired Sarawakians to fight for our rights which have been eroded after we formed Malaysia," he said.

He said it is Tok Nan's spirit that had inspired the organisers to hold the forum.

Meanwhile, another co-chairman Chan Chee Hiong said an entrance fee of RM10 is charged per person but university and college students are not charged the entrance fee so long as they bring their valid student cards.

Chan also said the organisers have set up a stall at Primier 101 food court to sell entrance tickets nightly, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, until April 22.

The tickets will also be available at the entrance of the venue at Kenyalang Park.
