Australia New Zealand (SSRANZ) non-governmental organisation (NGO) president
Robert Pei, a Sarawak born Australian lawyer, has responded sceptically to what
he called the latest “token gesture” made by Prime Minister Mahathir on
Malaysia Day September 16 2018, to
“restore” Sabah and Sarawak Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) status as “equal
partners” and lost special rights under the buzz slogan of “New Malaysia” or
“Malaysia Baru”.
A venue to express opinions and views on social issues, native customary rights land, cultures and traditions of the Dayak community as well as to voice out the problems and grievances of the indigenous and rural communities.

Parti Dayak says does not believe Sarawakians convinced by Masing's call to support Abang Jo
KUCHING, September 10, 2018 - Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak
Baru (PBDSB) said it does not believe that the people of Sarawak are convinced
by Deputy Chief Minister James Masing's call to support Chief Minister Abang Johari Tun Abang Openg in
defending Sarawak's rights.
Newly-registered Dayak associaton plans to build cultural centre to reflect Dayak identities

September 10, 2018: Newly registered Persatuan Kebudayaan Dayak Sarawak (PKDS)
says it plans to build a cultural centre which will reflect the identities and
cultures of the various Dayak groups in the state.
