Joseph Chioh: Director of Forest has agreed to exclude three areas 5 on the Western

side of the said licence T/8473 which is within the area marked as

NCR in map. Therefore there is no more timber licence granted on

any part of the area claimed by plaintiff as NCR land in the plan

marked as “M” attached to the Statement of Claim.
