KUCHING, July 8, 2014: The Court of Appeal (CoA) has affirmed the concepts of "serah" and "cari makan" as customarily  practised by the Malay community of Sarawak on land matters.

Over week ago, the majority judges of the Federal Court dealt the non-Muslim population of this country a devastating blow by handing down a political decision to refuse the Catholic church leave to appeal the Court of Appeal’s decision that banned the use of the word ‘Allah’ by Christians.
