JOHOR BAHRU, Aug 5 2026 – Premier Abang Johari Openg today received an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar at Istana Pasir Pelangi, Johor Bahru.
The audience session with the King took place this morning and lasted almost an hour.
Also present were Onn Hafiz Ghazi, Menteri Besar of Johor; Mohamad Abu BakarMarzuki, Sarawak Secretary; and Mohd Noorazam Osman, Johor State Financial Officer.
The meeting took place in a respectful atmosphere and reflected the close relationship and cooperation that continues to exist between the leadership of Sarawak, Johor and the federal government.
