Chee How, Lina Soo and David Teng to speak at Sarawak Rights forum on April 23.



KUCHING, April 20, 2017 - Three known local politicians will speak at the Sarawak Rights and Referendum Ordinance Forum to be held this Sunday at  the Kenyalang Theatre.

Baleh dam: Government to spend RM2 billion for infrastructure development in Kapit Division



KAPIT, April 20, 2017 - The government will spend about RM2 billion for a comprehensive infrastructure development in Kapit Division, brought about by the proposed construction of Baleh dam, Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr James Masing said today.

Kuching City earmarked to site Commonwealth Leadership Institute to train potential leaders in Commonwealth countries



LONDON, April  16, 2017 -  Kuching City has been earmarked as one of the four places to site the Commonwealth Leadership Institute (CLI)  to train potential leaders within the Commonwealth countries, Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Openg has said in the British capital.

Land Custody and development authority should cease to be managing agent if it fails in its role in NCR joint ventures, says Raja



KUCHING, March 27, 2017 - Dayak National Congress, a non-governmental organisation, has asked the state government to review, evaluate and to place under public scrutiny of native customary rights land managed by the land custody and development authority (LCDA) in joint ventures with the private sector.
